    LHG re acquasitionn..read this,,,...IT is a PNG company and the PNG shareholding is NOT FOR SALE....the local Goverment does not sell their share as they will allways have controll...that is why Rio could not get controll the local landholders have the last say..its just done differently in PNG..same as OILSEARCH....Goverment will not sell their shareholding....
