Acuity Capital : Corporate Manipulation

With almost 5 billion shares on issue price will be lucky to get off the ground . Last weeks volume accounted for approximately less than 1% of total stock on issue . And on top of that the share price has been pegged at 1/2 Cent for more than six months whist " Sophisticated Investors " like Acuity Capital have dumped in excess of 70% of their discount position into an already depressed market creating an artificial and unstable market which has undermined Investor confidence and caused a significant erosion in value . Whilst the last three announcements have been encouraging the share price has failed to move more than 1/10th of a Cent even on the back of the highly anticipated DSO Announcement . I hope this proposed funding deal is successful as I suspect the Director has been diligently working towards achieving a reasonable outcome for Shareholders but with three successive funding failures to date including Parasite Pak and Sigur Holdings I cant see any Financiers lending a Fly Speck Stock like Gulf more than 5 Million based upon the economic uncertainty of operating in Indonesia and coming off the back of a prolonged mining moratorium which has curtailed the Companies ability to perform an industry standard 100 Tonne dry run . The only ones to profit from this deal are Bottom Feeders at current levels and Brokers issued heavily discounted stock and most likely Acuity Capital who were recently issued another two tranches of discounted stock totalling 66 Million units and based upon their past track record you can bet they will repeat their past behaviour . Long term Investors above 2 Cents will be lucky to break even . With Local and International Markets exceeding all time Highs this Stock has been sold down at every turn by the hands of The Manipulators and even with upcoming announcements I cant see the picture changing that much .
