Whilst Recent developments are encouraging it did not prevented Acuity Capital from liquidating more than 70 per cent of its holding onto an already depressed market over a sustained period of time and are now being rewarded for their disloyalty with further discounted shares. Whilst this financial arrangement has given Gulf the ability to raise more capital for particular purposes the same arrangement has had a negative impact on the Share Price and has significantly eroded Investor Confidence and Market stability . Although Acuity Capital have the right to sell as much stock as they please and appear not to be bound by any conditional agreements their persistent selling over the last six months have been a thorn in the side for long suffering Shareholders.
