Sorry, calling this one out. Silver is nowhere near as scarce as gold. Several reputable, peer reviewed papers have plotted silver at around 0.08pm average crustal abundance. Gold on the other hand, is 0.003. I.e., 26x more abundant. There is simply no comparison.
It is really important to make sure any claims like this are backed up. This is simply an unresearched argument to suit your positional bias on silver.
I'll direct you to the world gold council, which with some digging, has an estimate on when in-ground reserves of gold will be depleted (without future exploration hits). This figure landed at 2050, but obviously more Au resources will be converted etc and this will be extended. Silver on the other hand, I'll let you hunt that figure, a bit of research practice. Google scholar is your friend.
