    I want to be fair and give you an opportunity to respond to my rebuttal. I could be wrong (I don't think so) or could have missed a subtle application of the purpose of the funds (I don't think so).

    The integrity of an argument includes presenting the reciprocal argument. So please declare your response post haste.
