    if i suffered from untreatable pain and entered a trial that gave me relief, i would be inclined to sing its praises from the rooftops......to my doctor, dentist, optromatrist , even the candlestick maker....a few of whom whould most likley pass the `good news' on...
    My question in that case is how can MBP keep it quiet
