There isn't much any board can do to affect market forces in the short term. The shareprice will go where it will, based on market sentiment.
What they can do is to try to create value for shareholders, and that they are trying to do, IMHO.
Let's see how you feel about the share price a few days after the ACV1 trial results are out.
