You’re absolutely right, no all Ann’s need to be posted and formalised to shareholders, that being it’s not even an Ann, it’s announced in due course!
Let me rephrase that companies here listed on the ASX feel as the dog is always watching, so will announce when the company thinks is the right time. The top dog ASX will ensure it’s properly managed by the ASX terms
