Missed the edit time limit to add this
For the same reason it's a waste of money to be advertising this time of year - no one listening except for bored and worried real estate agents .
I don't think it's worth spending money on advertising until late January at best a tenant planning on relocating in the January/February would have had this sorted by mid December at latest.
