Dont get me wrong, i also find it very interesting ( bullish ) that Prana went out of their way to say the extension was initiated at the physicians' requests. As would like to assume physicians have patients' interests at the forefront.
But at same time if test group and placebo group were miles apart than the trial would have been stopped / intervened to get things fast-tracked. Like to think worst case scenario was there were indications of potential benefits, that physicians saw no reason to stop treatment due to an excellent safety profile and patients and their families may have thought its worth the shot as there were no other options around.
Then potential scenarios get better from there.. But, for all we know Kevin Lawler was in the placebo group and anything could have happened in the trial. The wait is killing me... Ive got enough shares for this to be a considered a sizeable investment for me.
