The problem with AD is the cost to the health system, not so much for drugs (they're currently not that great) but the cost of care, the US estimates it will break their budget by 2030 so PBT2 saves money by lowering the need for care or hopefully if given early enough delaying AD onset that's why it will be fast tracked
