Positive for the stock? It crystallises a loss of more $500,000 of shareholder funds on a takeover with no corresponding asset gain. But I forgot, the stock market is a forward looking creature, and you all predicted months ago the bid would fail - I was the only moron worrying it would succeed, despite all the economies with the truth, the exaggerations and misleading statements, if only to stop all those acceptance forms, supplementary statements and telephone calls just to have a peaceful life. Only real cheapskates use telephones on target shareholders in takeovers?
