Arsenic, I think you are right to give AD credit but your theory on the takeover makes no sense. Why would MAK trash their own share price by over 40% to help UCL get a better price in placement? No, they genuinely wanted to take UCL over.
UCL are well in front of MAK on fundraising for Sandpiper and MAK had nothing to do with the Omanis entering UCL. You are effectively accusing Chris Jordinson of lieing to the market on the matter.
