AD has clearly got the message that shareholders have had enough.
It's clear that MAK's board is concerned that if AD stays, and if UCL ups the offer, shareholders might accept it.
Agree that surely Cliff must have something up his sleeve.
Announcement regarding failure of bid offer for UCL must come today after market closes, another positive for the stock.
