Thanks, a quick summary for those that don't want to listen to the whole thing:
- Opening new mine and looking for workers, some fly in fly out
- A policy to employ as many locals as possible
- Mine to last for decades
- Getting involved in indigenous training programs with the NT government/central lands council
- Aim to be a long term quality employer in the Barkly with training schemes in place
- Better field of candidates and tradespeople from the mining downturn
