The project is coming together.
Now that growth in a lot of sectors has died down, and interest rates globally are heading to zero, I wonder what discount rate most investment pro's are using for their NPV calcs these days?
And how many projects are coming online that can claim the sort of long term profit margins MAK will be able to command, on the sort of turnover MAK is looking at. And how many of those would require less than MAK's 107m capex requirements?
