imo it's a massive turnaround story, even without the Govt Grant. They are locking in reoccurring revenue with GOOD PAYERS (State Govt's etc) and have new deals close to ink.
Even with a raise, it's a good story with growth so will likely be well received. Time will tell but obviously it the next quarterly needs to show CFP/growth again.
