These guys have changed the companys direction and future prospects in what, about 1 year? So much has been achieved in a short amount of time, how much more do you think they will achieve in the next 12-36 months?
I reckon they have barely scratched the surface in regards to the potential of USS and the employment platform services. With costs now under control the can refocus on growth. Management also have some juicy long term incentives so expect them to stick around and get the job done
