The current jobs model isnt so much of a seek model to my understanding... the ad1 ditched their seek style jobs board some time ago... they seem to have found a niche where they build a page for the organizations... ie a govt dept... then include a jobs section in there somewhere that you can look... there may be some jobs board somewhere in the ad1 site... but it's not the main game. I think the fact that jobs are linked to google in a search is in itself the key... google beta... but the jobs are on the site of the company who needs the workers. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
