how much cash did Norster take out of AD1 for the sale of the USS business to AD1? Answer. None. Indeed, he was paid in scrip (from memory - and i'm sure I'm correct - at 2.7cps ... when the shares were trading at 1.5 cps - in other words, he was 'paid' way less in scrip than he could have been and could have made a packet) ... but guess what? He also injected $1million at a price of 2.7 cents - again, way over market price. If he wanted to run AD1 into the ground mate, he wouldn't have done any of those things. Look back through the announcements and you'll see it. But you know what, it's a free country (except in Victoria) so do what you want. Personally I'm a holder.
