Agreed other tech stocks have been expensive but they had significantly more earnings+margins, meaningful cashflow generation ($100m+) and paying dividends. The challenge with AD8 is even with high growth revenue, their earnings and cash flow generation are close to nothing and with more growth it will take a long time to get to something meaningful by way of earnings, cash flow generation and ultimately dividends. Fundamentally business is to make money and a return to shareholders by dividends (or capital gains which is a far cry at these levels).
On the positive side US CPI at 3.4% as expected. Market loved it. Nasdaq up 1.5%. We should see a nice bounce today, maybe back to 18 today but given the rich valuation of AD8 and technical breakdown, it might be a challenge.
