The Company encloses for immediate release to the market the
following information:


Adacel has been advised that the first phase of the US Air Force
Tower Simulation System Program has been increased by more than A$1
million to approximately A$5.4 million (US$3 million).


The USAF program is for a planned 94 ATC simulation systems to be
installed in USAF sites throughout the world, and is estimated at a
total US$72.5 million.


Delivery of the first phase of the USAF program is planned for
completion by September 2002, with rollout of the larger follow-on
phases planned to commence by the end of December.
