$4million Italian ATC Simulation Contract

Adacel has been awarded a A$4 million (US$2.16 million) contract by
Italy's air traffic authority, ENAV (Ente Nazionale de Assistenza Al
Volo), for provision of air traffic control (ATC) tower simulators.
The program is due to be delivered by early 2003.

The latest contract, awarded after stringent technical evaluation,
highlights Adacel's strong reputation and the technological lead of
Adacel's MaxSim(TM) ATC simulator range. Adacel is the global leader
in defence and civil ATC simulation and its systems are in operation
in more than 30 countries worldwide.

Adacel today announced that ENAV (Ente Nazionale de Assistenza Al
Volo) has selected the Adacel MaxSim(TM) training solution for its
ATC (Air Traffic Control) tower training requirement.

Adacel's MaxSim(TM) provides users with a realistic visual airport
environment that permits the rigorous instruction and evaluation of
air traffic control trainees - without the risks and/or costs
associated with traditional on-the-job training.

"We are delighted to provide ENAV with the world renowned MaxSim(TM)
solution," said Lionel Levielle, President & CEO at Adacel Inc. "The
MaxSim(TM) product will provide ENAV with accurate environmental
training, allowing each activity to be conducted with the highest
level of realism."

ENAVs solution will include 4 independent tower simulators. Each
simulator comprises a 135-degree horizontal field of view, capable of
displaying a 360-degree high fidelity airport database and provides
training for tower and ground control students. Delivery is
anticipated by early 2003.
