Adacel are presently bidding for half a dozen ATC sim contracts around the world. Given that they have won every ATC contract they have bidded for over the last 2 years, it is likely that further contract wins will be announced in the short term. The company has stated repeatedly that it expects a solid full year profit.

    NEWS RELEASE

ADACEL CONTINUESINTERNATIONAL LEADERSHIP WITH US ATC SIMULATION
    CONTRACT

Adacel's MaxSim air traffic control simulation system continues
to build its position as the emerging standard for the industry with
award of a contract from top US aerospace university, University of
North Dakota (UND). UND trains air traffic controllers from across
North America and internationally. The value of the contract is in
    excess of $2 million.

Coming shortly after the recent announcement of Adacel's $42 million
US Air Force Tower Simulator System contract award, the UND contract
further establishes Adacel's MaxSim as the leading ATC simulation
system for both defence and civil air controller training in North
    America and internationally.

Adacel's Managing Director, Silvio Salom, said today that ATC
training organisations throughout the world were recognising the
improved training outcomes and operating advantages of Adacel's
technological leadership in such areas as voice recognition and
synthesis and the industry's highest quality simulations.

Adacel will provide a MaxSim 360-degree ATC tower simulator with
integrated four position radar system to UND to allow combined tower
and radar training as part of an expansion of UND's ATC training
    infrastructure.

Adacel's MaxSim Tower is the market leading control tower simulation
system for training civilian and defence air traffic controllers. It
includes leading edge features such as voice recognition, high detail
visualisation and comprehensive weather and environmental sound
effects to provide a fully immersive training environment. MaxSim is
in use in many of the world's leading aviation research and training
    organisations.
