Everything in the article which is based on findings/recommendations from the 2018 Omnichannel Buying Report is being done by Adairs.
Having spoken to the Adairs Chairman, CEO and CFO at the AGM I can confirm that Adairs is absolutely on the right track.
At some stage investors will wake up and see that Adairs is not like other retailers. It will produce great results in FY'19 in absolute terms and its results relative to other retailers will be simply outstanding.
