The price has been dropping since well before the Wilson Asset Management notice - Ceasing to be a Substantial Shareholder, although it must be said Wilson Asset management would have been selling well before the notice was lodged.

My guess is mention of Amazon Australia expanding its categories on offer to Australian consumers, Nick Scali expanding into bedding and no doubt bedding accessories, general sell off on the ASX and all the negative press surrounding the consumer.

What the press fails to mention is that interest rates are at record lows so for established home owner/borrowers of at least 5 years they are laughing with record low mortgage costs, continuing population growth and household formation driving sales, record tourists travelling to Australia and finally the lowest unemployment rate for years and over 1 million new jobs created over the last 5 years. GDP growth at 3.2% that's real growth so nominal growth is above 5% which most economies around the world would kill for.
