People put housing downturn together with decline in sales, but in an affordability crisis people compensate by redecorating. Its a proven phenomenon that people spend money when they lose hope of attaining financial goals... see gambling stocks in recessions.
That said ADH question marks are still a bit of debt, mocka and if they have sorted their warehouse out. It's certainly a good price around this 2.20 range, not a bargain it was at 1.70 (man i wish i bought so much more than i did) but a solid price.
