And remember when those clouds arrived, Rudd stepped up the encouragement of debt at a time low rates were providing an opportunity to save.
You can't have it both ways.
When Rudd jacked up the FHB grant, FHB's ended up borrowing on average $50000 more than other FHB's were on average the year before. And all this DURING THE WORST DEPRESSION SINCE THE GREAT DEPRESSION. HA HA what an economic hero.
