Lets not forget, the man has bulk followers who follow whatever trend is placed before them. All are just as to blame, perhaps moreso. The practical outcome is that companies are forced to cr during positive spikes whenever they occur, which spooks normal investors who are trying to invest in price rising.
If tech companies arent allowed to get on with it in our markets, then the west has nothing to offer anymore. Perhaps when the lawmakers figure this one out then something may change.
