Agree with you Sojourner.A few years ago Tadgh Kennelly of the Sydney Swans did an irish jig after winning the grand final.Can't see much difference.I actually reckon a lot of people think Goodes is a tosser(without knowing the bloke) and full of himself and boo him because of that.As avid AFL fans we tend to find players to" hate" but usually all in good fun.I would hate to see the individualism go out of any of our footy codes- it brightens up sometime dull games
