I'd think Mitchell Drilling would know considering Mitchell Group has a sizeable direct stake in Adaman.
Prima-facie, the debt is with SMS and the target of MSV's litigation. To be clear, SMS is not in administration. There's a cloud over things though....just look at the confusion of market participants/shareholders in the HC forum. Market participants are fearful because they don't know. Clarity could be a simple market update considering the manoeuvering with refinancings for Rivet against a background of Adaman's administration. But you're right, these things are "mess"y.
