Adaman Resources owe creditors over a $100 million. I'm not sure if somehow the head structure gets SMS off the hook from its creditors including Mitchell Drilling. It looks like a convoluted mess. I think Mitchell Drilling should post an announcement on the ASX to clarify its standing with respect to its claim on SMS Mining
