Just to mention one point and as i have no holdings in mining co's, but i can remember some issue/conflict with bhp and fmg regarding bhp's IO rail line,not sure how it was resolved but imo clearly if u pay for new infrastructure u deserve the risk and reward payments if competitors r then allowed to use yr infrastructure once u have proven and paid for the viability of that infrastructure.
ps strange how the left embrace the indigenous australians but when the indigenous australians support adani project the left chardonnay elite don't mention the indigenous australians or their opinions.
