"It is also well established that we have to much base load "

Quite a novel assertion, and not one I've heard being made before.

If it is that well established, you should have no difficulty providing some substantive evidence of that from some official and independent source(s). Accordingly, could you do so?

In fact, what is happening in the real world is at stark odds with your unsubstantiated position on the excess of base load generation capacity.

You really should make contact with the energy market operator, to inform it that it is wrong and ill-informed, because it appears to be scrambling around like made to secure base load generation capacity from the coal boys, both in the short-term:

An article in today's AFR, article entitled "Victoria Under Pressure as Summer Prices Soar", says that "wholesale electricity prices during next summer's peak are pressing higher in the tight Victorian market, keeping both generators and consumers on full alert as the market operator takes steps to put in place emergency reserve supplies.
AGL Energy and Origin Energy are battling to repair their respective coal and gas power units that are due back online before the summer heat hits.
AGL has offered its contractor GE a special incentive to try to beat the current mid-December schedule to resume generation at its 550-megawatt Loy Yang A No.2 coal unit in the Latrobe Valley, which suffered an electrical fault in May. AGL has offered GE an incentive to try to repair a unit at its Loy Yang A power station in Victoria ahead of mid-December.
Prices in Victoria for the March quarter of 2020, when consumption is swelled by airconditioning use, have surged by almost 50 per cent since January and are now at $148 a megawatt-hour, said Josh Stabler at energy advisor EnergyEdge."

....as well as beyond just the short term, as AGL - following consultation with AEMO - agrees to keep Liddel operational to 2023, which is longer than it initially intended.

To wit, a statement from AGL a few days ago confirming this arrangement:
