On the matter of the Adani royalties I have contacted LNC by phone and email seeking clarification as to whether the CPI increase on the royalty starts from time of sale (approx Sept 2010) or start of production. I have not had a response from either contact. Anyone else any the wiser? If from time of sale it should already be approx $2.12 a tonne (I think).
