    I had a look at the announcement released on in August 2010 upon the sale of the tenement.

    "Sale Price of $500 million in cash up-front, plus a royalty of $2 per tonne (indexed to CPI) over 20 production years.

    So based on that language, my interpretation would be the royalty will be indexed starting with production in 2016 (currently slated date).
