I think you are all getting way ahead of yourselves over this royalty.
Its going to take quite a few years of proven production before anyone is going to step up and make a decent offer to buy the Royalties.
On the business program last night a financial analyst (not a Greenie) said in his opinion the project was unlikely to go ahead as it required $16B of capital and was only viable if thermal coal was over $100/Ton. The current price is around $70/ton.
