Can't blame the missus unless she pushed the buy button. There are possibly a lot more investors out there with larger losses than that.
For me, i just keep buying and average down so currently i am better off (Percentage wise) however WHEN the recovery occurs i get my money back quicker.
That is my accounting philosophy for a "go broke quicker scheme".
