I was talking more about Cardiocel sales and how that process works. Once a hospital signs off on cardiocel products, does that mean they will give us forward sales estimates, sales guarantees and do we have to constantly fight for forward sales e.g. do our sales people have to constantly visit that same hospital (which means they arent visiting other hospitals).
