Ive just moved back up to the Gold Coast, whereabouts is your neck of the woods?
I'm not questioning them either and have a few friends/colleagues within the system that are certainly not lacking in skill. More so agreeing with your notion of time delays and anal state processes which can be detrimental to the industry with any change and forward planning. I'm in health myself, although in the private sector.
