    Unfortunately I don't think debt capital can raise the required funds to support major growth initiatives or acquisition. How much do you think we could possible raise as a company who is still loss making? Even after 1-2 years profit, a debt facility couldn't be more than a few mill $.

    If we really want to grow quickly and scale with the help of acquisition, a big capital injection is required from either: a) Vax divestment / partnership / IPO b) TAVR partnership, or c) Capital Raising (on ASX, or possible NASDAQ listing within a few years).

    Debt will help us survive for sure, but I don't think just surviving is the kind of goal that satisfies WP, the BOD and your typical AHZ investor.
