What a effing disgrace from the Dr, 2023 has been an absolute wasted year, they have spent the money but have f all to show for it! The Dr needs to go, and we need someone more competent with balls who can hold the likes of the third party CMDO accountable for their continuous delays, clearly the Dr has no balls!
