No real facts like their actual trading range, their book value, their new sales contract means an extra 4 cps revenue (not EPS), book value, a low hanging fruit dividend yield compared to a hypothetical "add $4 to the price"...and there is no proof of market manipulation.
Maybe you can share some of your research why you think CXO ought to be worth $4.90.
