Shorter's know full well that there will be a much larger offer for LTR.
They also know that with that announcement any substantial short position on other Lithium stocks will result in huge losses .
CXO has some 9 million shares traded in the first hour today.
Shorter's are exiting.
In any takeover attempt add $4.00 for State Street Corporation ( CXO's largest shareholder) facilitating the damage of the SP
