What OZl needs to do is advertise internationally:
Lets assume they sell MArtabe/Golden Grove for $425 Mill
So nett debt say $650 mill needed.
They advertise:
Wanted loan of $650 million Interest only 3 years 12% .
Security assets valued at $4 Billion.
Surely someone in the world would look favourably.
Maybe I need to go work for OZL for a few weeks to get things sorted, and think outside the square???
