    Why not just crowdfund for the entire business but in the new company constitution exclude all the previous insiders and management from investing.

    You know what's going to happen right... The previous management and insiders are going to buy [steal] this from shareholders so you might as well do it before they do.

    I'll be happy to invest, just to see some justice done.
