Conversion price was reset down to AUD 0.08 per share (refer ann Feb 11, 2010)
No reason to believe that Merrill have converted anything further since the last quarterly but with the sp anywhere north of 0.08 per share it is in their interests to convert and take profit rather than to wait for the cash. Assuming the remaining 84M convert at 0.08 then it covers (exchange rate notwithstanding) 6.7M of the 12.3M balance
