Merril Lynch converted another 26.829M in October (which obviously did not show on the Q3).
ML's conversions so far...
15,247,621 on the 9 June 2010
14,595,583 on the 14 June 2010
26,891,943 on the 7 October 2010
TOTAL CONVERTED TO DATE = 56,735,147
MAXIMUM allowed to be converted under the terms of the original convertible bond note = 114,307,091.
Therefore, they have only 57,571,944 still at their disposal.
