- doesn't spend too much time in late night 'highspots', with or without Therese;
- spends 'our' money with some degree of prudence and not throw it around like some discarded confetti and then 'give the boot' to the person you nominated as the confetti thrower;
- pretends that he has the immediate answer to Commonwealth State relations by throwing even more of (our) money in the direction of the States;
- is afraid to bring to account those recalcitrant teachers who refuse to enter the 21st century.
- encourages all those 'illegals' to jump on the nearest boat and then floods them with all sort of goodies whilst pretending it's all the fault of 'overseas events'.
