They have already built a scalable software business. They have some top tier clients and the revenues are sticky.
EMITE recurring revenues growing ~30%pa.
Some non-recurring SNARE revenue but they are also building the recurring revenue share.
Mr Market is either sleeping on this one or Mr Market sees some risk in deal execution. Management have flagged the deals are harder to close during the working from home era.
